The 2008 MACA Compensation Survey will be open for participation beginning in early January.

Milwaukee Area Compensation Association (MACA) is a professional organization of human resources specialists from the greater Milwaukee area. MACA provides members the opportunity to obtain and exchange information on plan design and industry trends on topics such as base pay, variable compensation, employee benefits, and policy deployment.

Next Meeting

The fifth and final meeting of the MACA season will be held on Thursday May 15, 2008 at Miller Brewing's Miller Inn in Milwaukee.  The meeting is an evening meeting starting at 5:00pm and the topic is Executive Compensation.  To see more details click here.

Fourth Meeting of 2007/2008 MACA Season Held

The fourth meeting of the MACA season was held on Wednesday March 12, 2008 at County Clare Irish Inn & Pub in Milwaukee.  Michael Mans and Rick Chiapete of the Technology Committee took attendees on a tour of the new website and talked about additional planned enhancements to the new site.  In addition, Matthew Olson of SignalfireProductions talked about the goal and meaning of the new MACA logo design.  To see more details click here.

Third Meeting of 2007/2008 MACA Season Held

The third meeting of the MACA season was held on Thursday January 24, 2008 at the Italian Community Center.  The topic was Emerging Total Reward Trends - A Spotlight on Variable Pay and The Four Generations at Work, was held at the Italian Conference Center.  David Van De Voort, principal consultant, and Ankita Baxi, analyst, of Mercer's Human Capital business will be presented. We are an independent organization; however, as part of the Group Partnership Network of the
WorldatWork (formerly the American Compensation Association), we can provide our members additional services, including training and nationally known speakers. (WorldatWork membership is not required to join MACA).
