Milwaukee Area Compensation Association (MACA) is a professional organization of human resources specialists from the greater Milwaukee area. MACA provides members the opportunity to obtain and exchange information on plan design and industry trends on topics such as base pay, variable compensation, employee benefits, and policy deployment.

We are an independent organization; however, as part of the Group Partnership Network of the WorldatWork (formerly the American Compensation Association), we can provide our members additional services, including training and nationally known speakers. (WorldatWork membership is not required to join MACA).
