Sr. Compensation and Total Rewards Specialist
Do you enjoy helping people understand their Total Rewards using your influence to drive compensation and benefit strategies? If so, we are looking for a dynamic Sr. Compensation and Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. Your role will be extremely important to the organization as you will be developing and administering programs that are aligned with our strategies to drive performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.
You’ll use your bachelor’s degree in HR, or equivalent job experience, to administer both employee and executive compensation programs in Workday, including base salary and incentive compensation programs, assist with the execution of our Total Rewards strategy, conduct research on current and future policies, practices, trends and technology affecting Total Rewards and manage our rewards and recognition program. Experience with benefit plans, and other total rewards, is a plus as you would be joining a versatile and collaborative Human Capital team that strives to meet and exceed our organization’s needs both now and in the future.
