MACA Mission Statement

  • To sponsor and conduct compensation related surveys among the membership and to publish the results.

  • To conduct research into the latest compensation and benefits ideas, innovations, and practices, and to inform the membership.

  • To actively foster the development and improvement of compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and practices.

  • To encourage and support the continued professional development of the membership.

What We Have to Offer

  • Opportunity to broaden personal acquaintances and contacts with other compensation and benefits professionals.

  • Five bimonthly meetings per year, held at various locations. Meetings frequently feature noted speakers from business and industry, government, education, and consulting sectors. There also are opportunities for roundtable discussions.

  • Membership directory, cross-referenced by name and by company.

  • Membership forum, a forum for sharing ideas and best practices with other members.

  • Annual salary survey covering an extensive number of exempt and nonexempt jobs throughout the greater Milwaukee area. We also provide an annual salary planning and budgeting survey which provides salary structure and merit increase forecasting.
