One of MACA's primary Performance goals is to provide continuing education opportunities for Total Rewards and Compensation professionals. In partnering with World at Work, the World's premier Total Rewards Association, we are able to offer numerous opportunities and classes related to our profession. For many classes, MACA members receive a special discount. In addition to excellent instruction, these courses are an excellent way to meet and exchange ideas with fellow professionals from the area.
