| Job Summary: | Provides compensation expertise to divisional leaders and management company-wide. Develops, advises and administers on cash compensation programs and policies. The position serves as an internal consultant to Team HR and divisional management for compensation expertise. Incumbents utilize knowledge of compensation related methods, best practices, government rules and regulations and corporate and divisional objectives to provide appropriate solutions. |
| Requirements: | Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements • Ability to work independently on multiple projects. • Demonstrated experience managing and leading large complex projects. • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools. • Possesses a wide knowledge of functions and operations in organizations and their relative importance to overall compensation and organizational objectives. • Specialized experience in job grading plans, job analysis and evaluation procedures, salary surveys, salary planning, auditing functions, and other activities related to compensation. • Understands the compensation related government rules and regulations and their impact on the different elements of total compensation. Travel Requirements This position requires travel up to 5% of the time.
