| Job Summary: | Job Summary: Reporting to the HR Services Manager, this position has responsibility for coordinating the administration of UWMF's competitive compensation and benefit programs. This position is also responsible for advising, counseling, and training management and staff on compensation policies and procedures. Other key responsibilities include the effective implementation of various HR programs and assisting in the development of appropriate programs to support a high-engagement work culture. |
| Requirements: | Requirements: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related. Five-plus years of compensation and benefit experience; demonstrated ability to lead and work independently on multiple projects; must have strong critical thinking skills, analytical skills, and impeccable organization and planning skills; Two-three years experience with MS Office Suite required.
