| Job Summary: | Position Summary: Responsible for delivering compensation services to designated business units. Recommends pay policies and compensation programs to maximize the ability to attract, retain and motivate associates to achieve business unit goals. |
| Requirements: | Primary Responsibilities: •Manages the job evaluation process, analysis and audits of new and revised positions to determine appropriate status, grade level and market pricing. •Manages participation in salary surveys, market analysis process and compensation modeling to identify market trends to ensure competitiveness, equity and expense control in the design of pay structure. •Partner with other Compensation Managers and manage the performance review process including: setting the performance distribution; producing the annual increase budget; designing reports; optimizing performance management systems; and developing training/communication materials. •Partner with HR and Recruiters to determine a competitive and equitable salary offer to attract talent and support business objectives. •Manages compensation programs and administration to ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations/laws and internal equity within the same positions. •Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures; and recommend revisions / changes. •Participates in the development of training programs to communicate new or revised compensation programs. Preferred Qualifications: •5+ years of broad compensation experience •Understanding of compensation principles, structures, and regulations •Strong analytical and financial skills to evaluate data, provide recommendations, and develop plans. •Strong problem solving and project management skills. •Ability to coach and mentor individuals to enhance their performance and develop skills |
