RSM McGladrey will accept a data download from your HRIS or payroll system. Click here to download an excel file to use with data submission. You may also print the tabs in the excel file if you wish to use a hard-copy questionnaire.
Web-based online data submission:
Web-based data submission is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at https://www.rsmsurveywise.com/.
